Bought an account for osgp on January 12th, 2016. It is now January 18th, and he has blocked me on skype and how managed to take the account back. I cannot log into the account or the email provided it has all been changed. MalikDz was our middle man, I have the conversation on skype between him and hashtag racism

I notified the user that he's in a dispute and he has been placed in the TWC usergroup.

He has 24 hours to reply.

User is willingly to help you recover the account, he's working on it, I will let him post the outcome here and let him re-add you on Skype, he PM'd me about it earlier.

To my understanding, I added an authenticator and changed the email, I dont know how he got it back other than putting in a request for lost password to jagex and answering some random questions about the account. How can I ensure he wont change anything again?

You can't really, the original owner can always recover, usually because of their IP address.

Yet to hear anything from him, or get the money back/on the acc. Also, no add on skype, I understand he might be busy. Just giving an update.

If you check his profile it reads, Jagex has banned all my accounts, and he is leaving the site? So am I just out 22m...?

User has been banned for not replying to the dispute and scamming. Sorry for your losses.
