Explanation: In my thread i accidently stated i would go first... I did. we split into 2 payments of 15m I have him first 15m... he said that there are fees so might as well do one payment, he asked for other 15m so he could do it all in 1 i said take it out of fees... he said no... now refused to pay me back 15m or use a middle mad to hold other 15m while he pays me. basically stolen my 15m. see skype chat for evidence
