Hey,

Has anyone had any problems receiving email from Runescape to change password?

I've tried a couple of times this morning and nothing has come through, i have looked over the email to make sure it's correct set and it is...

Not receiving one though.

Never had problem before, i changed a pass around 5 hours ago too

 

edit: dnno if the email provider matters but i used gmail.

I'm using gmail, so that can't be the issue.

& okay I'll keep waiting i guess.

Resolved, request change email then click change password works after that.

You just have to re-do it a few times and it works. lol

Have no issues with mine, but maxed main rentals seems to be facing this problem.

Yeah I sorted mine.

Step 1) request change email

Step 2) seconds later request password change

They both come through together.

Im not also receiveing any e-mails from Jagex to recover forgotten password. Works with other e-mails but not with my main e-mail. I heard its Jagex sided error and there are alot others with this issue.

Request a change of email, don't change your email, just click change password right after and you'll receive
