Need Admin help with site issue

My credits are gone even though I've never used them, I had a script in checkout, applied credits to checkout balance making it 0, but decided to hold off on buying the script and X'd out. I went to buy the script today with the balance and the credits are gone... It was 8.3X or somewhere around in credits..

I found it in client area with it paid off, all i had to do was check out, I'm good now I bought the script.
