I need to create like multiple accounts but get limited on certain IPs. Is there a decent free vpn or anything that can allow me to create as many accounts as I want without being prevented.

I have method that will allow you to create very fast. But not script.

go make them at your local library. Spend an hour doing it and boom problem solved 

best way is to prozie it, someting like Zenmate,


or just ask a few friends to make a few up for you!
