Explanation:

The user is one of my hired workers. He was given a simple order of 1.5m to complete a quest for the user marialove13. The customer paid for the order, I allocated the customer to Soekarno who would do the service for him. Soekarno logged iinto the account and 2 hours later the customer hadn't been updated. The customer logged in and Soekarno had cleaned his small bank value and dropped any untradeables.

Soekarno was also given an order for Cobra 2 days ago but had claimed someone was on the account when in reality it was him. He took the small amount of cash off cobra's account and also ruined his pure by botting his defence. (Cobra and I were too dumb to realise that it actually was him, but now it makes sense).

He opened up his own services but then realised he wasn't getting any business so decided to re-apply to my service again. It seems the only reason he did was because he wanted to try get mine shut down

May I ask how you have such biased staff members? Is it not obvious to at least a staff member that there is no reason to drop someones untradeables on a 1.5m Quest order, when I could go to the toilet and 1.5m can come out. Why doesn't he just go ahead and ban me then because I scammed 1.5m and dropped this customer's untradeables, without any fucking clue what he's talking about just because people have said shit about me in the past. Who do I have to speak to, to get him reported as well? Mald?

@Soekarno is banned offsite for scamming and ban evading, so not the first time he would scam. I went ahead and banned him. As a service owner it is your responsibility however to make sure the user gets refunded for the damage done by your workers.

 

Can you please remove the negative feedback?

Make refunding the stolen items your priority, if you've done this I'll remove.

 

It is my priority however a dragon defender, graceful set and firecape will take me a while and I can't have a negative feedback lying around for not scamming myself. The dispute can remain open until fully refunded however.
