I believe both parties are at fault: @Nederlandt was supposed to remove all wealth onto a different account as stated in GLOBAL OSBot ToS. But what happened to it? Either someone scammed and is not saying it, or it was put on a mule, there really is not a way to prove that.

I have not scammed anyone and I don't know how else I can prove this to you. OsBot's TOS are there for a reason to prevent cases like this happening, the user has agreed to these terms on my thread and if there really was 230m it should have been removed as it was not required for the service to take place. All that was asked was 4m. I've had enough drama with false disputes in the past 2 days, and now this one. Since there is no conclusion, can this be closed and my negative feedback removed so I can continue with my orders and pay 'Soekarno' as I am still on hold for him since he is involved in this as well. I'm not going to accept false claims in trying to ruin what I'm doing here.

 

Requesting a close on this please and the removal of the negative feedback.

so the best way is, told him to collect more proof then open a new dispute later... thats what law is, and please Mod, decide this..
