Bot spamming when banking, chopping etc.

So my script is working fine, the problem is though it spams the tree ,and it spams to bank the logs etc.

How can i make it only do it once?

Should i add sleep(xxx);

or is there anything else i can do?

Use ConditionalSleep ?
