~Buy granite granite from barb assault which, you do all barb miniquest game and kill the queen. After that, use 95k coins to buy the granite body.

~Kill a shadow hound in the shadow dungeon

~Enterance the Seer's village courthouse with pitey on.

~Have the seer's estate agent decorate your house with fancy stone.

 

You won't receive bank pin, and must share screen on skype.

I don't think you can bot diaries, these are pretty easy tasks by the way, do they not have the set levels or something?
