So I've done some research on this topic before

 

There are no good free ones just because of the sheer amount of data that is required for the websites to constantly keep updating.

 

A lot of the website say they have a lot of "information" on the person you are looking up, and want you to pay. Once you pay, you get access to the report, HOWEVER, many of the times they do not have near as much information as they say they have.

 

One of the websites I used said it had everything from mugshots to criminal records to marriage/divorce papers to bankruptcies on the person of interest, and it had green checkmarks next to all the items. The actual report had very little information, and most was find able through public searches with a little bit of digging.
