You are suppose to recover your account on their site with information that you should know.

 

They will never email you unless they are advertising their new games.

No I have acc, keylog has details and Jagex won't send me E-mail to change password.

Check your spam/junk mail, that's where their emails go. if you're using the new gmail that has 3 tabs, it would be on the last 3rd tab.

Jagex never sends you an email to change your password. Aren't you supposed to recover it on their site like any other person?

 

Change the details on the site to prevent future recoveries.

Jagex changed it recently to where they email you. It is likely in spam mail like said above.
