100% Cpu usage with Mirror mode (Cant run cuz so much lagg)

Well i cant run mirror mode because there is so much lagg, i only bought VIP because obviously its impossible to bot with stealth mode now without being caught, so i wondered if anyone could help me reduce my cpu usage to be able to run mirror mode , so far i have closed as many tasks,processes in task manager as i could, done a defrag,anti virus,spyware search but its still just too laggy to work properly, does anyone have any ideas how i could get this to work

Im not sure on my specs, is there anyway i can check? all i know is its got - One processor -.- not sure on the other specs
