For some reason, in the last bit of me trying to reach out to this member, it shows that it is today (11/27/2015) when I contacted him both times, but the times at 10:35 AM and 10:43 AM were in fact on 11/26/2015.​ The following comments are on 11/27/2015.

I can confirm, lights services took 2m and didn't do 5 quests for me with skills for three days and then never spoke to me again, 2m is nothing for me. But his excuses were:

when he told he was nearly done with magic he had 0 skills done, checked the rank on rs highscores.

 

I got pissy because it shouldn't take 2days to do quests and skills required, it only took me like 45-60mins to get all the skills for him ready.

Got really pissed off because every time I spoke to him it was excuses and excuses, no real things done, I got another member to do the services and it only took them an 1hour to do 5quests. But it took him 2days to get 10agility, and 43crafting which wouldn't take so long

If you posted this three days ago you could have prevented another user getting scammed...

User has 12 more hours to respond counting from this post, he hasn't been online since the dispute so I'd rather give some more time in case he's up to refunding.

User ignored my warning. He has been banned.
