Hello,

 

I just recently downloaded OSBOT/purchased monthly membership. When I attempt to login with the same username/password I use for the forums I receive invalid username/password?

 

Is this normal for new memberships (Ex. Membership has to manually created?) or should this be transparent with my purchase? Thank you!

make sure your password has no special characters (i.e. !@#$%^&*()_+)

 

If it does, remove them.
