I'm not too sure about GWD, I guess I wouldn't really mind either way. But yeah I am worried about the game going extinct. I hope 07 lives on foreverr!!! If not, I'll have to make an EXACT replica of it.. > (Yes I'd do it if 07 scape died.)

We need it. There's really no end-game content atm, so GWD will give PvMers something to do for a few months.

gwd will hopefully bring alot more people to the game. and as someone mentioned old school needs a f2p option so new people will come to the game. with only people quitting and not new people coming in to the game its only a matter of time before it becomes like classic aha

Personally, I'm a fan of any sort of Gold sinkhole that jagex can introduce to the game, so long as it makes viable sense for players to use.

I personally don't think they should bring GWD back into this game. Strength training will become easy, with the Saradomin Sword. Adamant bars will just have a long steady decline in price, due to mass amounts being brought into the game. It will ruin the economy, there will be way to much gold being brought into the game through GWD drops, and also the Armadyl Godsword is really annoying in the wilderness..

Instead of implementing something already done, they should make new things such as that "Kraken" boss idea that's been on youtube for awhile now.

 

 

Adding new things, especially a money sink, will make the game a whole lot more interesting. It's not fun if they just brought GWD back, we all know the strategies and what to expect already. But a whole new boss or area would be exciting for everyone and encourage more people to play.

so it's comming. tbh i don't like it. i just don't understand why so many people request something that was already in this game, instead of making osrs something new and probabely better. Gwd will definately help in the short run, but it's old content and it wont keep ppl playing for much longer...

I don't really care what they add aslong as it doesn't fuck up the wilderness, I quit the original game in like '06 so havn't ever done gwd but I guess it's good that they add something pvmers want. Just hope that they don't add OP weapons.
