best place to train att/str for 1 def 1 prayer?

Currently i'm using the afk spot at rock crabs (3 crab spot) and i'm getting around 35k xp which is nice since it's really afk. I know experiments are better but i need 13 prayer to get to them which really isnt an option. Is there somewhere that gives better xp? maybe not as afkable, but better xp for 1 def 1 prayer pures? 

that's the best spot by far if you want afk, if you dont want afk, you can go normal rock crabs in empty world and get more of them on you i guess?
