Explanation: So i posted on the account request for a Zulrah Acc. He pm'd me saying he would have one ready for me in 1 week for 30m. I paid 15m first and 15m when the account was complete. So far he did no progress on the account besides getting 4 STR and not doing anything more besides taking the money.
