What do you mean by doesn't complete the reward? Does it even open the book? Or does it finish the book but the log out? Once I return back from Thanskgiving break, I will devole at least 3 hours to fixing these stupid random problems. On that note, has the strange box been working okay?

Mine keeps clearing my loot lists on any "new" profile i try to create. Example: When i moved from minotaurs to ankous, my minotuar profile(s) still has its loot list but the ankous profile keeps getting its cleared out. This is rather annoying since its quite lengthy to put in! Is this user error?

You have to click save every time you change your profile. I'm pretty sure saving works fine since I haven't touched it for a long time, but if the problem occurs again, please tell me.

I believe that I have found the solution to the problem with the book of knowledge. It's implemented in version 2.5.2.

You dont know that. You cant just say that a script got you banned because it was the last one you used before you were banned. Jagex monitors botters for a long time sometimes before they decide to ban you for macroing. They do this to see if you are gold farming or real world trading. Ive been using this script for the past 4 months for 7-15 hrs a day and not gotten a ban.

 

Edit: Just found this on another thread you posted in talking about your ban.

You should either wait a long time to bot on an account that has already had a bot busting/macroing ban or never bot on it again. They do flag you after the first time and watch you like a hawk. It is your fault you got banned.

 

Edit: Oh, and Eric, the bot was working perfectly fine until i manually took over control of it for like 15 seconds teleporting to varrock. Then it got stuck "walking to room" when it should have banked instead. My fault, but here is my proggie

Would be nice if you could implement a recovery system so that the script can pickup where it left off if something like i mentioned happens eg: in the vicinity of varrock, recover and go to bank to resupply and continue.

 

Though i wont cry if you dont! As always keep up the great work.

Hey Eric, not sure if you updated your script or not yet, but it is doing something strange. I just restarted it and now it goes inside the room with the ankous. I think it is floor 4 Room 15. If there is someone in the room, it then tries to hop, but cannot because its being attacked by ankous. The script used to go out of the room and then hop and re-enter. It would be nice if the script could check if there is people in the room before it enters and hop to an empty world if necessary. Then enter the room.

Hmm... I'll probably put the recovering thing into the OSBot 2 version, but the second problem is pretty serious, so I'll look into that right now. I have a check to see if it's under attack, but I'm guessing it happened so that the ankou started attacking just when the script passed the check. I'll go add a failsafe though.

 

EDIT: I've added the failsafe into version 2.5.3, though I haven't tested it. It shouldn't make anything worse though :P let me know if it works.
