Explanation: I don't know what happened, I just came back from a two year break. I've been apart of this community since 2012-2013 , Mald can vouch for me, thanks in advance, not sure what I did wrong?

Is your only issue the private messaging and/or you chatbox banned as well?

My only issue is sending private messages, I am not chatbox banned, I was not sure where to post for this issue. Some fellow chatters told me to post here.

Try emptying your inbox. 

This was also a suggestion from them, I have done this already, but it did not have but like 10 messages in it.

It doesn't say you're restricted from PMs on ACP. Can you try again?

when i click send it just moves the box and sits there, and i spam click it same thing, not sure why

Hm, I tried disabling it for you, you should have an option to re-enable it in the settings.
