how can you tell?

 

I got a friend that does this kind of stuff and he is teaching me, it's not that hard to find out where someone lives

also isn't that hard to mask an ip

Searched the IP and it is not in our system. 

You should remove the photo since you checked the IP. IPs shouldn't be posted on the forum board.

 

Anyways OP i would suggest scanning with these antiviruses:

AVG Free Antivirus | Free Virus Protection

Malwarebytes : Free anti-malware download

 

But if your rat is crypted you my just have to system restore, also i would suggest you somehow "acquire" the premium versions of both of those antiviruses or its worthless...

The hackers IP is not from OSBot and is not a user on this site. If you need assistance in removing the virus, send me a private message and I will be glad to help you.
