It's in the most random sections and it seems to be topic specific and I have no clue as to why it does this, but just wondering if it happens to anyway

 

 

There's a post button, and everything else EXCEPT for the posting box area

Happens to me sometimes yes, I just reload the page and it usually works for me.

 Nah I've tried that it never works haha
