Everytime i try to run a local script this comes up

Any local scripts or just that one? that one could be broken considering all these updates....

I doubt it works, jagex are on a mad ID change

You ask Kokeis to fix it. The error message says the script is throwing a null pointer.

Its possible, have you deleted the old Kokeis file and replaced it with the newest?

There's been no update since the download and it's working fine for my friend so it must be something from my computer, any suggestions?

 (Already uninstalled both the osbot and kokeis)

Was your inventory empty?
