I created this paypal account when I was 17 and I am pretty sure you're not even meant to have paypal under 18? Anyway, my bank card is signed up to my verified paypal account...

 

If there is anyway to remove this limitation please add me on Skype and post here.

Add a bank account or call them and they will have you send them a picture of your ID.

If you made that account while you were under 18 and you are still under 18 you can have your parents set up a student account for you and request the money be transfered to that. I had my normal PayPal frozen until the day I turned 18 so I called them asking if they could lift that and they told me to do that. And it works all the same it's just under your parents account. You get your own login and shit and still get the normal stuff

And then you can call them through skype. it's toll free so you should have no problems. You need to get your one-time passcode from that though in order to verify it's you.

Updated my post, in your case just tell them you made it before and you're now 18. should be no problem as they cant really freeze your account for being under 18 if you're above 18. You may need to send them some sort of ID or provide a birth date when you call them (which you can do over skype )

The lady on the phone has told me she has put a note on my account to say what the situation is. Also I had to upload my photo Id which is done now! so hopefully in 24-48 hours I will have my money back ha.

Couldn't you just remove the bank card from your verified account, add it to this one then transfer the money? Then add it back to the verified account once the money has been transferred?

Looks like it might be sorted.

 

Also, fuck that haha would take like 2 weeks and it might not even work.
