Random Fps Drops.

Featured Replies

I've noticed recently that while my bots are running at 45-50+ Fps each firmly, they'll out of nowhere drop to 15-30 fps each. I don't understnad why or where it's coming from. But if I bot later at night (3:30 PM here) lets say around, 2 o'clock in the morning, my fps will RARELY ever drop. Maybe once every couple of hours for a few seconds. But during the day it happens so frequently. I've tried only running one account, same result. Help?

this happens to me also

Do you have the correct JDK for your computer? x86 vs x64 matters....

Also try going into settings and turning off all debugs except FPS display. see if this helps...

I turned off all debugs except fps. My pc is a 32 bit so I searched for a 32bit JDK, and downloaded it. But I was running one before this (x64) I'm not seeing a difference in game.

did you uninstall the x64 version?

You wouldn't able to run the 64 bit version since their completely different architectures.. 64 bit is double what 32 bit is hence the name (aka double the data can be sent at once simply), 32 bit PCs cannot run 64 bit software at all however, 64 bit PCs can run 32 bit software. (their is some hardware compatibility but that's unrelated to software)

anyways:

I sometimes get a bit of an FPS drop too randomly and it'll go back up, I think it's the Servers the games run on itself or the game being a bit buggy (remember the version osrs we're playing was extremely buggy so they had to fix it up, it is probably still not fully fixed). I don't think there's a way you can yourself can fix it unless it's something to do with your PC (which I cba to help you with since there's a lot of possibilities what it could be).

Please make sure you are running OSBot in low cpu mode. However this could just be down to your current hardware. A faster processor and a higher amount of RAM will result in much higher fps.

Nope, having better hardware makes zero difference to fps on rs/osbot.( i have super high end pc)

Youll cap out at 50 - 52, and you will lose fps form time to time. For me its ussualy because i have too many tabs open.

Too many tabs only affects ram, not cpu. Unless you have like 1gb of ram or something.

I also have the same problem, But readying the replies to this topic I have fixed it, So thank you!
