So is this something I actually have to be concerned about or is my data safe for the time being?

you're safe as long as you're not "wanted" by the police or anything, if you're just a normal person you'll be just fine, i just don't like people spying on me

I already use a proxy and have made orders off of the deep web but nothing has happened to me.... yet.

 

Might look into it when I get back from work.
