I just recently build a new computer with windows 10.  I downloaded java and set to open osbot.jar with java platform (se) and all that happens is a dialog box opens quickly and disappears..  any ideas how to resolve this?

Right click > Propertied > Opens with: Click Change > Select java > Click Apply > Click OK
