Why it should be removed: I neutral feedback'd him because he wasted my time, being childish he did it back.
Details:I asked for a swap, so he said he'd do it. I offered a rate 1:5.5 he said 1:6, obviously a better deal I said sure, but to be fair even, I told him he was giving me a better deal to make sure he knew what he was doing, I got a pm also to be sure. As I log onto RS3 to claim my gold, he backs out and refunds me on 07, thus just wasting my time. Not a scam as he refunded me, but I believe his neutral feedback should stay on the ground of wasted time and un-happy customer (me), plus insulting me, calling me a troll? Really? I request my neutral feedback removed, and his stays as a symbol of who he is, plus very rude to send feedback back at me as I did nothing wrong.
