( i also need to know how to put that in my signature, like i know where to put it and everything but i cannot seem to get the url and link location for the picture. ) 1

If you have been a member for a year you would be expected to have more post count which is who this is aimed at members with a lot of post count/VIP and are largely active on the forums daily.
