If i buy vip i see you get extra tabs can i use these tabs to bot on the same account?

With the purchase of VIP, you're able to open more than 1 tab on the same client, and are able to open more than 1 client at the same time.

 

Or you make another account on osbot thats what the most people do lol (i dont cus i have 1 account)

If you are referring to your OSBot account, then yes. The unlimited tabs is linked to your OSB account.

 

If you are referring to your Runescape account, then no.

Which is against the rules & pretty greedy IMO.

When I first joined the community, I was messing around with sandboxie and I believe I was able to run more than 1 client at the same time without VIP / Sponsor, but I still felt like I should contribute to the community, so I purchased VIP and then updated it to Sponsor
