Xarylius Posted August 29, 2015 Posted August 29, 2015 I just purchased VIP for 1 month along with Perfect Fisher and Im unable to get onto the bot with Mirror Mode because it says it is only available for VIP+ members - which I should be. I need this item resolved asap otherwise I would like a full refund. Regards, Xarylius
Alek Posted August 29, 2015 Posted August 29, 2015 You are currently not a VIP. VIP members have a purple username on the forum with a purple title bar (pip) that says "VIP". It is very likely that your payment is waiting to be cleared.

On my client area on this website it shows my purchase and says I am a VIP member until 29th September, yet I technically am not otherwise I would show up as VIP and have the client benefits if that was the case, which I don't. Can an administrator resolve this please?
Master Chief Posted August 29, 2015 Posted August 29, 2015 Have someone look into your account on the ACP and they'll sort it out. Provide the paypal transaction ID to Maldesto if you have to
