casual Posted August 26, 2015 Posted August 26, 2015 As a huge fail I've purchased tons of HTTP proxy IP's, and it turns out, osbot expects SOCKS. Is there something I can do? Isn't there a hidden setting? Or should I set up a standalone server to broadcast proxy connections via SSH?
Keven Posted August 26, 2015 Posted August 26, 2015 no it wont work. best thing you can do give em back and try getting a 75% or so refund or a full one. Or just try to sell them cheap really.
Bobrocket Posted August 26, 2015 Posted August 26, 2015 RS runs through TCP port 44354 (or something like that), and doesn't accept HTTP connections either. SOCKS4/5 will work.
jackshow Posted August 26, 2015 Posted August 26, 2015 Seems like a question you should of asked before buying proxies 1
Og Domo Posted August 27, 2015 Posted August 27, 2015 Ask whatever company you bought the proxys from to exchange them for socks proxys and you pay the difference if there is one.
