    depends on the training method if i was allowed to use prayer pots, and sara sword id do it for like 40M, but if i was forced to do something like dh'ing while flicking the hp every 30-60 seconds id want like 75M.

    I would dh+pray flick you to 99 strength for 50M, probably the fastest way. I've done it a couple times before.

    This would result in 99 att/def also, guthans only defence or shared xp.
