I did everything according to procedure as per my ToS. The user is asked here if he/she agrees to my ToS: Answer is yes. The user also claims that they never read my ToS in the first place which is apparently my fault, which ended up in an "unpleasant" experience, which again, isn't my fault at all. Not to mention my ToS clearly states that if you post an order form it means you HAVE read and agreed to my ToS, even though the order form asks again.
