I click on the jar file "osbot 2.3.98.jar" and nothing happens. Looked in my task manager to see if it was open and it was.. I reinstalled java/restarted comp about 3 times now, still nothing.

 

Any idea on how to fix?

Servers are currently down and will be back shortly. please wait.

 Are servers still down now, because I had the same problem yesterday as well as today and I did update it to 2.3.99 but still nothing opens up.
