Can't say what other places you can buy accounts from as its advertising.

 

However, i'd suggest buying accounts from people with alot of feedback because 90% of the times, it wont be recovered.

Just find someone with a lot of feedback that is highly trustworthy. If they have a lot of feedback most of the time it is never worth it for them to scam something like that as they would ruin all their reputation/get banned/etc.
