Exterium has the right to refuse doing business with anyone.3. The buyer is permitted to refund if the order claimed to be complete was not so.4. Terms and conditions may be modified at any given moment by staff.5. You agree no refund will be given unless otherwise specified in these Terms of Service, or agreed to mutually by all parties involved, or overruled by staff.6. You agree to provide login email/username, password for all services, no bank pin is required in most cases.7. You agree to not change the password during the service, or your order will be considered complete.8. You may ask for a update any time you'd like.10. If you do not have all items, we will work something out depending on the situation.11. You understand that feedback and vouches are requested but not required.12. If a Firecape is attempted and failed, you will be refunded the service cost. Supplies will not be refunded.13.
