What is the version of your 32 bit, Java JRE?

 

Mine is working with update ver 8u45. But it got the error under 8u51, maybe that is your issue?

 

Edit: to check go to C:// then program files (x86), then java, then you will see a folder with 'jre' as the first three letters in the file name, what is the last 4 characters? ('jre1.8.0_XX')
