I tried renewing my VIP status and it gives me the error that I already bought it.. but the bot says I can't run more than 2 tabs because I'm not VIP...? Looking for all help lol

You currently do not have VIP. Your name is not purple. 

It doesn't say you're VIP. Why don't you try to just rebuy it from the store?
