I just started botting last week. Today I was hit with the ban hammer (got to 68 wc before being banned). Is my main at risk if I make a new bot and that one gets banned? I don't want to get hit with an IP ban and lose my main (been playing him for 13 years). Thanks guys!

yea, your ip is probably flagged. you can buy a vps or proxy and run a bot off of that to protect your main 

i mean, i used to do it a lot from my home ip when the ban system wasn't as strong back in 2013 of 07. But no a days id say you're at a risk

yeah i would deffo use a proxy just to make sure the possability of being banned is minimised.

Jagex does not IP ban accounts blindly. They monitor the accounts for botting activity then, after verification bans accounts.

IP addresses can be from any college/univerity/home network so they can not just ban someone for using a flagged IP address. As long as you do not bot with your main, they can't ban your main for....botting.
