Hello I just registered this account today and was interested in buying an 2007Scape account. However, when I go to the accounts Forum in the Market it says "this post is locked" on every one I click, even on the most recent ones. Additionally I can't see any option to reply to someone so I'm just not sure what to do. How can I be able to post offers in the Account section of the Market?

You need 100 post count to enter the Accounts section of the Market.
