Osbot Launch Problem

I'm getting this error and failed to solve it.

 

There was an error launching Osbot!Please verify that your boot options are valid!

 

Anyone knows what that is and how to fix it?

 

Edit: Windows 8.1OS.Java 8 update 51 is installed only.Tried disabling firewall and antivirus.Java -version is showing as it suppose to be.

 

Edit 2:Just before the client broke i scanned the computer for viruses with McAfee.Search was a bust without finding any virus yet i started to have this problem afterwards.
