Is this a new computer build? Or how old is the computer?

just built a month ago, it always happened, I thought maybe it was the psu and got a new one today and it still doing it

Try running Windows in safemode and see if it crashes, if not it's not a hardware but Windows problem. Re-installing Windows would be the only solution then.

Possibilities: A GPU will often 'cut-out' and restart (resulting in Windows reporting a Driver error when in actuality it's the hardware itself) when the Graphics Card overheats. Download GPU-Z and use this program to monitor your GPU's temperatures.

Or it could possible be this: http://johntsang.hubpages.com/hub/How-To-Fix-My-Computer-From-Crashing-When-Playing-Games
