So I would give him 50m, he would give me money on paypal, and we would do the same route again. Proof: http://i.imgur.com/38kCZ6y.png?1 After he gave me his nick "Monkey Ink", we met in Lumbridge bank and I handed over 50m. After that he told me following: http://i.imgur.com/Nc3DyMy.png?1 After that he told me that he would call his bank and tell them why the money haven't come to me, etc. We kept contact for about an hour and i started to feel insecure considering other people that I chatted with meanwhile (Divica, Arctic) started claiming this is an obvious scam. We waited for another 30 minutes until we agreed that he would cancel the payment and that he would refund my 50m once he got his money back. I even asked him for a screenshot proof that he actually tried to send me money, and he told me he couldn't since he was on skype with his phone. I have contacted @Captain America and requested him to reply here. Hi,As I said in the other post you approved on decodes dispute against the user, I can't access my game or anything on my laptop currently as it's like I'm being dosed constantly which has only happening since dealing with this user. I've reset my router ext so I'm not too sure what is happening there. Also once I'm able to access the game I'd happily give the 50m to a mod until I'm refunded or if he's found guilty of his dispute against decode id be willing to give him the gold so he isn't out of pocket from the user. Also can I have my negative feedback removed since it was the users fault for not being a proper registered member of PayPal to not receive the payment or is either limited as that also stops process of payments. I even commented what was happening on his thread so the staff could see it if anything was to come off it so I ain't going anywhere or hiding so once I can get online I'll happily hand a staff member the money. darvinb98 Posted July 16, 2015 Author Share Posted July 16, 2015 so you're teaming up with decode to not just scam me, but also toss my money around to eachother? really? haha, i hope you guys realise how extremely stupid and unplanned this sounds and seems, not to mention all proof of skype convos i have between you and me captain america. i even got evidance of decode removing me as skype contact when i declined his offer to buy my last money after you, which u already approved, kept the 50m i gave u and u still havent refunded me. to top it all off, is it hard using a vpn, resetting a router, removing me from skype, using proxy, or smth like that to prevent ddos attacks? just a lame excuse of not being able to contact me etc. im still waiting for my 50m. untill ive recieved them i will see you as a scammer. and about decode, i have no words for that hungry human being. I am on no ones side here just can see a poor excuse being used. To add to this, people get IP addresses by resolving your Skype to an IP address. The simple solution to solve this is to tick the box in your advanced -> connection settings that says "Allow direct connections to your contacts only." like so: I also personally run Skype through a random proxy from HMA, so that when someone knocks my Skype off they don't actually knock my home connection off (+ they don't get my real IP) Good luck getting this resolved OP 2 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

When Captain get his money back on his Paypal (unless he already have), I should recieve my money back. Untill then, I would appreciate if a trusted mod such as Dex or Deciever would hold my 50m. I have him on skype so will sort that out, also my bank has said they'll be 3 days for refund which will be monday/tuesday due to weekend of none working days. As for the working with decode comment, this isn't true, I simply got asked a question and stated 'If it is okay with the mods' I would do it. After Captain America gave the money to Deciever (with proof) that later hands me the money, his TWC mark will probably get removed cause then we would know if Captain America is legit or a scammer.
