Is there any examples the possible clients could see? Considering the layout is bought we can´t rely on that you can deliver the same quality.

The layout is not bought, you are incorrect.

I created the original design and used it as my thread on an other forum, this was then copied by Making Rice and attempted to be sold on the same forum, i noticed this and he sent me the files for it.

If Making rice made the design for OT then there is no problem as he made it FOR him. If Making rice made this design and OT is selling it without his permission, this isnt allow. If OT made this and just cause it looks similar to Making rice's there is not problem

 

I saw his design on another forum and improved on it, instead of wasting it, I thought I would sell it but when he commented I wrong to sell it and gave it to him
