Eagle Scripts Posted June 16, 2015 Posted June 16, 2015 When you're IP-Flagged, you are still able to create accounts and play on them, they just keep looking way more at your activity once your ip is in their system. Looking at this, i'd say you're ip-banned buddy. Try a VPN, just a free one, to see if this makes a difference?
