He was doing service for me and the account was banned and we agreed he would pay me a bond and the money i gave him for the service. This was done a few weeks ago and he kept saying he had no money to refund and was having a hard time getting the money so i let him have awhile to get the money. Its been weeks now and no payment and he obviously has the money.

 

Covered up one of my contacts because it would of counted as "Website Advertising"
