Using stealth due to the JagexLauncher and my OS.

I tried it with both. Darn upper hopper threw kinks in what is rather a well done script. Thank you for years of dedication!

- Added fix for upper hopper
- Added fix for stalling
- Added safety checks for reachability + banking
