Varc Posted June 9, 2015 Share Posted June 9, 2015 Please post screenshots of the PM's between you both, i have hidden any sensitive information for just staff to view. @GH3TTO has been alerted of the dispute and moved to the TWC usergroup, he has 24 hours to respond. May i add he doesn't have a single post on the forums yet so you should not be dealing with him in regards to any form of account dealings. I actually mentioned to you in the chat you need 100 posts to access the account section around 10 mins before you posted the thread. Any screenshots which could be of any more help to us that would be much appreciated, please post screenshots of the conversation from start to finish so we can see what actually went on. There is proof that we changed the e-mail to him and that he received it. I know it does sound fishy because it doesn't show what we discussed earlier, he did say he has the chat logs so tell him to put the full conversation up. I've checked the chat logs (visible to staff) and I can confirm that the e-mail @mykokkburnz put on the account for verification matches the e-mail @GH3TTO gave him/her. Even though we cannot be 100% sure that it actually is the exact same address as RuneScape only shows the first letter of the e-mail and the last letter before the "@" but those letters match with the e-mail address @GH3TTO gave to him/her. 3 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Varc Posted June 10, 2015 Share Posted June 10, 2015 It is nearing the 24 hour mark and it appears @GH3TTO has no intention of replying to the dispute as he has been offline since just after this was posted. I've gone ahead and banned him, he can appeal and give you the payment or assist you in getting the account back if he wishes to return.
