most of the places I used to go to get photoshop for free are not working anymore, so does anyone know where I can get it for free (dll files and stuff)

That's a bad comparison.

If I was a designer, I would probably buy PS but I wouldn't hesitate to just use a pirated version if I needed too. I doubt most people would care.
