Hey guys, lately I have realized how boring my life has become, all I do is sit in and play my computer.

I don't even socialize/go out or see friends, the main reason for this is because im fat and cant be bothered as they are wanting to do fun and energetic things, I don't have any energy in me to go out with friends :(

This has took a huge impact on my life as I no longer even talk to friends.

I have become so lazy and non energetic that its interfering with family, I used to help them around the house and do stuff for them and now I refuse to do anything and I hate to think that I am that person.

 

I'm not large but I am over weight so I am going to give Runescape a break and sell my gold to buy some things that are going to help.

 

I plan on keeping a healthy diet and doing regular exercise witch includes walking the dogs / swimming / wii fit etc.

I am also going to cut the fizzy drinks/ junk food for healthy fruit and water.

Hopefully by this time next year I could have a slim belly and start working on getting a 6 pack ;)

 

I know this isn't going to be easy but I am motivated and ready for a challenge! 

If this starts to work then I am going to be so happy and maybe get my life back on track.

Might join you in this, but not sell my accounts or stuff, I will probably do Jujitsu with my friend (used to be out of shape and couldn't run that good, now gets 15 seconds in 100m and has 6 pack after 8 months of going) and join the school rugby team or the local one.

If you really wanna shred down.. Go on a no bread diet! I lost weight like crazyyyy. And if you were to take a supplement.. I'd take Lipo 6 Black for men. that crap SHREDS FATTTTTTTT you will feel hot and need to drink alot of water though.

Insanity, P90X, no what workout program you choose you will loose weight! Just stick to it and eat healthy. The main thing is eating healthy. Maybe search for the Paleo Diet, that's what I am doing currently and it really as made me feel so much better. Good luck in your goals. 

There are other ways to get P90X rather than paying $100. I do, however, support your idea and I respect you for putting your foot down and realizing that it is time for a change. Many people cannot or refuse to do this. If you can, learn to balance the two (Scaping and Working out/dieting). It is an awesome feeling to be able to physically do anything you want and at the end of the day come home to play some before bed. I wish you the best of luck.

Hey buddy the most important thing with this change is social interaction, and DIETING!!!!!! 

 

Not going out and mingling with others, let it be friends, family, or random people.. it is crucial to socialize for a healthy lifestyle!

 

Secondly is DIETING!! You can run 3 miles in 95 F degree heat, you can do 500 push ups, but if you eat greasy, fried food then all that work was for nothing!!

 

You do not need p90x... i'm telling you, you do not! You need to go outside and enjoy the fresh air! You've been inside far too long and it's time to go outside see the cute woman walking by, and take a deep breath of that fresh air smell! All you need is the outdoors to get in shape! Don't spend money on over priced guides, all you need is to google search and youtube!

 

Before workouts eat lots of vegetables and fruits, carbs and a little bit of protein! after workout you need to eat a lot of veggies maybe some rice and a good amount of protein (chicken, turkey, fish.) Beef and pork not so much, once in awhile, rarely.

 

The willingness to get in shape and have a healthy lifestyle is UP TO YOU! Not friends nor family its UP TO YOU! It's going to require a lot of hard work and dedication, but I believe in you, and you do as well!

 

So start off small don't GO ALL OUT! Start as you said walking the dog, wii fit, small amount of jogs, easy hikes. Don't go beast mode and over due it. Doing so can hurt your body as well as your dedication. You don't want to scare yourself off with too much hard work. Take one step at a time bud, before you know it you will be straight beasting it!!

 

Good luck to you man, I'm a psychology major and have taken several health classes. I also train Muay Thai and go to the gym so hopefully you trust my advice!

Dont get caught in the p90x or insanity marketing, all you need is to figure how many calories you need to eat and to start jogging/running/walking hell even climbing stairs up and down if you want, as long as you do cardio. I would however advise you to start lifting but if all you want is to be slim/skinny then go ahead and stick with cardio.
